I am a Bioinformatician at the University of Southampton, Analysing genomic data from 100,000 Genomes Project, identifying different kinds of genetic changes underpinning rare diseases, and developing or adapting analytical methods where appropriate. As well as working closely with project team members of The Wessex Imprinting Group, collaborate with other members of our multidisciplinary biomedical informatics community.

I recently got my Ph.D. in Genetics and Gemome Biology at the University of Leicester. A highly motivated research scientist with skills in NGS Sequencing, Bioinformatics. Interested in cancer research and genome-wide analysis.
