Ubuntu 20.04 Lenovo Legion 5, 16 GB, Intel i7 10th gen, nvidia GTX 1560ti

Runnig dual boot, windows just works fine. But on ubuntu I am recently getting random crashes or crash like behavior all on a sudden. I am working on my laptop and suddenly it freezes. (ctrl+alt+Fx not working, neither works ctrl+alt+del). Only rescue power button.

When I check log messages before eachh crash they are similar as following:

You see in the logs I had to press power swith finally.

Any clue what's going on? I have a doubt with my alt+tab key press though. Is it triggering something?

Also the log 11:59:09 gnome-shell: Window manager warning: Overwriting existing binding of keysym 37 with keysym 37 (keycode 10). is very suspicious.

Switching graphics (Intel/Nvidia) didn't help
