When i log in with a non-root user in Kali, the Settings GUI panel will crash anytime I click on an item in the left-side list. I have tried creating a new user and it happens for every non-root user, even sudoers.

The kernel version is: 5.10.0-kali7-amd64

I checked /var/log/kern.log and found the following each time it crashes:

May 30 19:48:12 kali kernel: [ 1068.263722] gnome-control-c[4220]: segfault at ffffffffffffffd0 ip 00007fda199008a7 sp 00007ffc897bace8 error 5 in libgtk-3.so.0.2404.20[7fda19806000+374000]

Does anyone know a fix for this?
