I'm trying to install PX4 on the Navio2 board, I'm having some issues with the native build. Right after cloning the firmware by

git clone https://github.com/PX4/PX4-Autopilot.git --recursive

command I get in the PX4-Autopilot directory by cd PX4-Autopilot but I can't run make emlid_navio2_native command and getting this error message:

*** "Make target not found. It either does not exist or target cannot be the first argument.
Use 'make help|list_config_targets' to get a list of all possible [configuration] targets.".

If I try to make -f emlid_navio2_native I get this error message

make: *** No rule to make target 'emlid_navio2_native'.

Here is the PX4 for Navio2 guide link: https://docs.px4.io/master/en/flight_controller/raspberry_pi_navio2.html

What should I do?

  • Telling us which remote procedure (RP) you "followed" doesn't help us help you for N reasons: 1) It's remote. Will the link exist tomorrow? 2) Reading the RP doesn't tell us how accurately you "followed" it. Did you suffer typos or missed lines? We have. 3) Reading the RP omits the error messages you got on your system. These error messages (and the commands that caused them) are key elements in any diagnosis. – waltinator May 13 at 14:54
