I am using Snap 2.49-1 on Debian Bullseye/Sid. Whenever I run a snap in terminal, I get the warning WARNING: cgroup v2 is not fully supported yet, proceeding with partial confinement. Meanwhile, IPFS (as a snap) does not use the directory (on a secondary drive) that I tell it to use, even though "Read/write files on removable storage devices" is enabled.

For IPFS, I had to increase the home partition size just to use it. But now I am looking at installing bitcoin-core via Snappy, and there is no way I can use it with out the secondary hard drive.

Does the cgroup v2 error force snaps use the home directory?
