Every now and then, Ubuntu 20.04 gets a blackscreen after wakeup from suspend. The backlight is on.

I can't see anything, but typing ctrl+alt+f3, user/password/enter and touch tmpfile/enter creates a file tmpfile. During the whole process I can't see anything on the screen, not even a prompt.

In this situation, what command could repair the system or wake it up properly?
