Working in 64bit CentOS 7
Wanted to install MetaIntegrator package in RStudio which requires R > 3.6
So upgraded R using command
sudo yum update R
Restarted RStudio and attempted installation of MetaIntegrator
install.packages("MetaIntegrator")
But installation halts at the BH dependency with following error
Warning in file(name, "wb") :
cannot open file 'BH/inst/include/boost/math/distributions/detail/hypergeometric_cdf.hpp': Structure needs cleaning
Error in file(name, "wb") : cannot open the connection
Warning in install.packages :
installation of package ‘BH’ had non-zero exit status
A couple of other packages have also stopped working. Installation of all these packages halts at some file in 'BH/inst/include/boost/' directory.
What should I do?
