I would like to monitor the health of the DRAM on an industrial single-board computer with the following memory controller:

$ lspci -nn | grep DRAM

Running Debian 10 I tried

$ modprobe ie31200_edac
$ ras-mc-ctl --status
ras-mc-ctl: drivers are loaded.
$ ras-mc-ctl --layout
ras-mc-ctl: Error: No memories found at via edac.
$ ls /sys/devices/system/edac/mc/
power  subsystem  uevent

I'm expecting useful output for the memory layout and an mc0 sub-directory (this works fine on a 4th Gen single-board computer from the same vendor). Am I loading the right kernel module?
