Modify context menu for "Tasks" on KDE "Task Manager" Widget

I have been looking online to no avail on how to add an context menu option to the Task Manager (hotbar) that sends SIGTSTP to the selected program. I want to be able to easily stop and start windowed programs so that they aren't distracting.

I have figured out that you can add context menu options to the desktop by modifying the files in /usr/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus
