If I run sudo apt-get upgrade on the terminal the error

returns. Then if I type in into the terminal: sudo dpkg --configure -a this ocurrs:

I looked up the similar questions, but I could not find any answer that would help. I am a beginner into linux, so I would appreciate any help.
