I want to try Oracle Linux 8 for arm on a virtual machine before running it on my raspberry pi 4 B.
from my research I found it's not possible to do it on a windows 10 for some reason
even using virtual box (a product from Oracle itself)
so I created a Kali (debian) in virtual box
then according to my research it should only work using an app for virtualization such as Qemu.
I run the command:

sudo qemu-system-arm -machine none oracle_linux8.img

and I get a blank black screen, then nothing happens
is there something wrong am doing here to acheive this goal ?
