Product, driver link and OS

I have a XP-pen deco 1 V2 Graphics tablet. It also has linux drivers, it mentions some distros alongside with it. Manjaro was one of them, so I think the drivers can also work with pure Archlinux x86_64. I downloaded the drivers, and driver was in the form of an executable and a shell script. The above link has the driver. I would also like to point out that I'm currently using KDE Plasma

  1. The executable needs to be executed every time, I plug in my tablet.
  2. The tablet completely stops working, when I close the window.
  3. When the executable is running, it has a window open all the time, and it clutters my screen.

What I'm Looking For

  • A way to automatically start the executable such that, the executable hides itself in the system tray.

You can also suggest any other alternative than the proprietary driver

P.S. I know most of the stuff I just asked is usually implemented by the developers of the driver, but is there a way to solve this problem myself?
