I have a systemd process that currently runs with the options

StandardOutput=syslog
StandardError=syslog

I would like to continue sending logs to syslog, while also sending each to a different log file, e.g. /var/log/out.log and /var/log/err.log. This doesn't seem to be integrated into systemd itself and the best alternative I've found seems restricted to sending StandardOutput and StandardError to the same file. Is there a way to achieve what I want to do here?
