I have a n4100 CPU, which supports hdmi 2.0. I can get my 4k monitor to work with 60hz out-of-the-box on windows 10. However, on ubuntu 19.04 and 19.10 beta I cannot get more than 30 hz. I have used both cvt and umc tools to get the 60hz configuration into xrandr. When trying to apply any of the outputted configurations (I have also tried 59 and 59.9 hz) with xrandr --output HDMI-1 --mode ..., all I get is:

xrandr: Configure crtc 1 failed

Does anyone know how to continue from here? I haven't had a lot of luck searching for this error on the web. Could it be a limitation on intel's driver? Here is the result of xrandr --verbose for the HDMI in question.
