I want to configure vncserver in such a way that only a specific port is allowed but when i do it in //usr/bin/vncserver, it works for root user.

So if I have a user (e.g john) and I switch from root user to john using (su - john) and then running vncserver command and when I login through vnc client software from my PC, it gives me the root user terminal not that of user John. Which means that I have logged in as user root. The reason I want it to be the user John is that I want to copy some files which will save me the hassle of configuration to be done during installation of a particular software.
