I'm running Manjaro Linux and i3wm.

There are some Wifi networks which I can see using nmcli dev wifi list -- and have strong signal -- but cannot connect to using nmcli dev wifi connect <ssid>, upon which it's stated that Error: No network with SSID '<ssid>' found. It seemingly happens at random, to the point where one router supports two networks, and I can connect to one but not the other. It does happen to the majority of networks.

I'm not sure how to go about debugging this on my own, but I've tried writing

[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no

in /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf, like several links said, but it did nothing, as far as I can tell.

How should I go about debugging by myself? Or is there a known solution?

Thanks.
