I'm using Pop!_OS and installing Windows 10 in a Virtual Box for using Miracast. After I create my Windows 10 machine and try to add ISO file, it shows that the ISO file is not in the Downloads folder. The thing to note here is that the ISO file is indeed in the Downloads folder.

In the first image you can see the ISO file is in the Downloads folder.
In the second image you can see it is showing that it is not there.

  • Have you tried opening the file with something else to verify it's not corrupted? – Jesse_b Jul 20 '19 at 14:59
  • Yes, I checked the ISO in my other laptop by booting into it and installing it. It works fine. – Muhammad Ali Khan Jul 20 '19 at 15:03
  • Looks like you deleted it. Download another copy. – ctrl-alt-delor Jul 20 '19 at 15:19
  • try renaming the file to something simple perhaps? Such as win10.iso – Jeff H. Jul 20 '19 at 15:20
