Trying to install leptonica v1.78 on Ubuntu 16, but it's not working for some reason. After running ./configure and make, I keep getting this error:

I think I installed all the dependencies needed, am I missing something?

Finally found out how, had to use make-for-local to compile properly. Not sure if it's just my case because I don't see many guides using this.

./configure
./make-for-local
sudo make
./make-for-auto
sudo make install
sudo make -j4 check
