Using Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon.

I'm currently using Docker on my home server & have been trying (with mixed results) to have two Octoprint containers running, each with a dedicated webcam. The first issue is that I have 2 Logitech C920's, but after a restart or disconnect, they alternate between video0, video1 & video2. This alone is a massive headache, as the containers won't start if the videoX source is missing/incorrect. The second issue is that the printer ports will alternate between /dev/ttyUSB0 & /dev/ttyUSB1, which matches them up to the wrong container.

I have used the respective 'udevadm info --name= --attribute-walk' command for each device so I have the serials to use in the UDEV rule, but have no idea how to actually create the rule.

Would anyone be able to give me a nudge with the formatting of the rules.d file?
