I'm trying to migrate 100 servers located in two large subnets from premise (192.166.1.0/24 and 192.166.2.0/24) to cloud. the servers have different operating systems (windows server - redhat ...) and there are databases / applications.

I can't change the IP address set on the servers (are very old and it doesn't works).

The problem is that the architecture of the network is not intelligent, if I create the same subnet on the cloud, I will have an overlap. If I only migrate one cloud server for testing, all servers must be stopped locally and not possible.

do you have any idea of strategy for this task?
