Is there a keyboard shortcut for the GNOME Panel taskbar in Fedora 30?

As far as I can tell, there’s no way to access the GNOME Panel taskbar via the keyboard, which is unexpected.

It seems that the best I can do for an application that isn’t open and for which I don’t know the relevant command name is to use the Show Applications keyboard shortcut (Super+A) and then either type the name of the application or use the arrow keys to select its icon.
