I need to run 2 vsftpd instances, which one is used for admin purposes and the other one for granting access to users (virtual users should be better) who should be able to access only to their home dirs and import/delete files in there.

What I'm thinking is to configure 2 different vsftpd.conf files, then run the two instances by: systemctl start vsftpd@vsftpdConf

My first vsftpd conf file is configured as below:

anonymous_enable=NO
local_enable=YES
write_enable=YES
local_umask=022
dirmessage_enable=YES
connect_from_port_20=YES
xferlog_file=/var/log/vsftpd.log
xferlog_std_format=YES
listen=YES
local_root=<FTPPath>
pam_service_name=vsftpd
userlist_enable=YES
tcp_wrappers=YES

How should I configure the second vsftpd.conf file considering the users folders, which should be enabled to manage through FTP, are inside the folder?

Which is the procedure for creating and enabling the virtual users?
