I know that I have a lot of settings available in Kwin, like click to raise, pass click etc. to go between an active an inactive window.

My question though is: is there any way to disable all mouse/touchpad events in inactive windows, including changing cursor when you hover links, scroll when you use the mouse wheel, etc.?

I would like any mouse/touchpad event to only affect the active window, and to implicitly have to click on the inactive window to starting passing events to it.

If not, is anyone aware of a window manager for Linux that has these characteristics?
