tar (GNU tar) 1.29 if the .gitignore looks like this:


It can work properly.

However, if we first ignore all then include some of the pattern:

# ignore everything recursively
#but not dirs
#white list following

It ends up an empty folder in tar ball. Any idea why? bugs?
