I'm on Arch Linux and have a Logitech MX Master 2s, other devices like my phone or a bluetooth keyboard aren't causing this. The laptop is a ThinkPad X230 with a BCM20702. I was initially also getting a failure to load the firmware for this device, but I found the latest version and it doesn't give that error now. I've tried disabling systemd-rfkill but that doesn't work, and I feel that'd be a bit of a hack anyway.
