I use netstat -an, find my ssh tcp the Send-Q is very high(15336),

[root@server146 ~]# netstat -an
Active Internet connections (servers and established)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State
tcp 0 15336 17.148.27.195:22 110.14.4.129:54144 ESTABLISHED

and, after a while I execute the netstat -an, there still is over 10000+, why it get so many Send-Q here? is there any problem with my network interface?
