how to omit the warnings in output of mail command .

    postdrop: warning: /etc/postfix/main.cf, line 679: overriding earlier entry: myhostname=smtp.domain.com
    postdrop: warning: /etc/postfix/main.cf, line 688: overriding earlier entry: mail_spool_directory=/var/spool/mail

    The message reads like you configured the same options (myhostname & mail_spool_directory) multiple times. I would assume that the warnings disappear if that is cleaned up. – eblock Mar 21 at 14:36
