I am using Arch Linux which I installed recently. I used Debian recently. I am having problems with my network interfaces. I recently posted a question on a similar problem with my ethernet interface here. When I boot my Arch Linux, I have to wait for dhcpcd to start my network interfaces for 90s.

I disabled my ethernet device using systemctl disable dhcpcd@enp1s0f1.service after stopping it and the start job for eth0 stopped during boot time. I stopped wlp2s0 after boot but then also my net is running. I am confused between wlan0 & wlp2s0 and in between eth0 and enp1s0f1. How can I connect to internet after disabling the service. I also noticed earlier when I was having problem connecting to internet that no matter what I do, I was not able to get any of the devices up. I used the command ip link set dev wlp2s0 up or ip link set wlp2s0 up but I was not able to set it up until I installed NetworkManager somehow and rebooted. I need to get rid of the booting problem and connect to Internet even after disabling my device.
