I have four interfaces in the same subnet.

  • eth0 > 192.168.10.10
  • eth1 > 192.168.10.20
  • eth2 > 192.168.10.30
  • eth3 > 192.168.10.40

I want iptables configured to cause the behavior as described below.

  • ping 192.168.1.100 via eth0
  • ping 192.168.2.100 via eth1
  • ping 192.168.3.100 via eth2
  • ping 192.168.4.100 via eth3

How can this be accomplished with iptables, or is there a better way to do it?
