I just installed Arch on a new motherboard and sometimes when I boot the machine the USB keyboard does not work. If I unplug it and plug it back it, then it works. Any way to fix a problem like this?

When the keyboard doesn't work... you may be able to debug the problem by monitoring udev kernel messages like this: udevadm monitor -k ... and then unplug the keyboard and plug it back in... there should be "remove" messages when you unplug it. ... and... of course, check dmesg for keyboard events that may have occurred during boot. – RubberStamp Dec 21 '18 at 20:48
