In Slackware i have used setfont or setconsolefont to change the default font of TTY. Now i have installed NetBSD and I am very new to Unix.

My main problem in't changing the font, it is changing the font size (sometimes by changing the fonts their size changes too)

  • You will have to be more specific about exactly what you mean by "TTY". – Greg A. Woods Jan 12 '18 at 21:06
  • I have exactly the same question. In TTY without gui , the better screen resolution is set at boot time but the font is really to small. So how to change that ? – ctac_ May 23 '18 at 14:54
  • @ctac_ I had to reject your edit suggestion, post it please as an answer. Here is the link. Furthermore, if you improve a post, also a fix of the trivial spelling problems ("i") is strongly adviced. – peterh May 23 '18 at 19:31
