Thank's guys, my problem was solved by running sudo yum update then

sudo yum install -y gcc kernel-devel

Besides installing the host module in manjaro, and adding the manjaro user which is running the vbox to the groups both explained here

It seems that you need to install the development tools in the VM's CentOS. According to your screenshot - you don't have gcc installed. To do that run

sudo yum groupinstall 'Development Tools'

Now you should be able to compile the guest addons in CentOS.
