I'm having some trouble with the Vim Powerline plugin. I've installed it but it is only working when I have two buffers open. Below are pictures describing the issue visually as well as my
.vimrc. Have I configured something wrong?

For what it's worth, I am using Babun (Cygwin with some extras) on Windows 7.
