I need to create a ACL that give to user a full write to rootdn.

I tried that:

access to * by dn="cn=replicator,o=rootdomain" write

But I get the some message.

error 50 "Insufficient Access Rights"

  • What is nothing? Does that DN cn=replicator,o=rootdomain exist in your directory? Can you successfully bind it? – yaegashi Jun 29 '15 at 23:34
  • Yes, this DN existe. – Franciscon Santos Jun 30 '15 at 16:47
  • Can you bind it? Try ldapwhoami -h server -D cn=replicator,o=rootdomain -W and see if it shows the bound DN. And could you show all of access settings in your slapd.conf? – yaegashi Jun 30 '15 at 18:10
