According to my browser (Firefox 34.0) the installed version of the Shockwave Flash plugin appears to be 184.108.40.2064. This version is considered to be insecure:

In the attempt to update the plugin to the version currently considered safe (220.127.116.115), I found out that the recommended version apparantly is already installed:
