Cannot install Fedora 18 Retagged. Question is not about Ubuntu, nor about Windows, but is about installation of Fedora. |

Can only access my webserver from my computer? @user1091856 Did you check to see if there're any firewall rules in place on your computer itself? Did you also check to see whether or not your ISP blocks port 80 inbound to your network? Some ISPs do that to prevent you from running web servers |

Can only access my webserver from my computer? You only added the command, not the actual output. Please read my answer below, since i think your issue is a port-forwarding / firewall issue. |

Can only access my webserver from my computer? Then its irrelevant, although i've read the RFC. I'll remove it, but add it as a footnote saying "If stuff breaks, try adding in a UDP 80 rule." |

Can only access my webserver from my computer? The HTTP protocol also uses UDP in rare cases. for accurate operation for certain actions (i don't know the RFC for HTTP offhand, but i know for a fact it references UDP), UDP should usually be opened on port 80. |

How can I create and grant a normal user with root privileges? @MichaelMrozek do remember i wrote this answer a year ago, when I didnt have a knack for correctly wording answers :P I agree, I don't like those answers either, at the time, though, well... lets just say that in hindsight, i believe i could have worded it better. |

How can I create and grant a normal user with root privileges? bleh, can't edit my comment. In IT security, @MichaelMrozek, it is prudent to not give every user administrative access. This is the case for my answer here, as giving a non-superuser the equivalent access of a superuser is a massive security hole, one that should never occur to begin with (hence "sudo" existing in the first place, and hence my answer being worded in the manner it is) |
