comment Busy Device on Umount
Note that fuser -k is extremely risky, as you'll be doing it as root and if you're not very sure of which processes will be killed off you can do truly spectacular damage with a careless command...

comment SSH tunneling error: “channel 1: open failed: administratively prohibited: open failed”
Uh, no. There is a distinct difference between the type of ICMP response that says "no route to host" and one that says "administratively prohibited", and unless someone deliberately misconfigured a router, the latter means exactly what it says on the tin.

comment How to store an image file in bash variable?
cat and echo and all its ilk are at heart text utilities. Letting them loose unsuspectingly on binary files will have unpredictable results. That's why things like base64 were invented.

You increased the disk size but you neither resized the partition nor allocated the added space to a new partition.

Dude, fail2ban uses the exact infrastructure that you already have -- ssh logs and iptables rules.

comment Why do some open-source Linux software packages costs?
You can /always/ sell, but most open source licenses require you to also offer to make the source freely available on request if you do so.
