perror says that anyway I could NOT run docker in a chrooted environement, which is the case... So I give up for the moment.

I think it comes from my system; The OS is Synology DSM 5, in which I have a Debian jessie chrooted. Maybe it's too brittle an environement.

this the error I have: myuser@srv:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$ sudo docker run --rm hello-world FATA[0000] Post http:///var/run/docker.sock/v1.18/containers/create: dial unix /var/run/docker.sock: no such file or directory. Are you trying to connect to a TLS-enabled daemon without TLS?

I have access to the docker.io package, but when I install this one it I have errors. That's the reason I choose to try to install lxc-docker instead.

that lead me to the same problem why I reinstalled debian yesterday, and chose to use the docker.com oriented solution. I have update the question accordingly.
