My thoughts
Me on launchpad PPA
Evidently one of my mini-apps was useful enough to make it on to Webupd8
Do you use/like that app? Maybe you want to help fund a cryptogram game

@NaxMackie - I got REALLY side-tracked, but it was to school and now that I'm done an employment search. I'll get back on this soon.

I agree that this is what he SHOULD be doing, and I gave it the +1. I think what he really wants is the details of Ubuntu re-branding since it was migrated from askubuntu.

Thanks. I had just noticed that you could get some opencl support for nvidia through linux abstraction and the binary driver, so I thought I would ask.

comment Second monitor does not work on BackTrack(Based on ubuntu 10.04)
I guess they didn't want to deal with this over on askubuntu. Not auto-detecting the second monitor isn't so much of an issue. Check the xorg settings in an ubuntu 10.04 base install and see if manually adding that to an HD install of backtrack works. That's what I would do.

comment ActiveX under Linux
I've done this for something other than activeX. Sometimes you have to tweak desktop/window decoration settings for IE/wine/plugins to get them working properly. My use case was Cisco SDM from linux. Seems pretty retarded since it's a Java app...but Cisco fail. Anyway, this should work.

Thank you. You have been most helpful. Once I get it tested and working on my particular implementation I'll hit check. Again, thanks.

comment Is there a port list migration command set for FreeBSD?
Thanks for the effort. I was looking for a batch install type of thing for installing all currently installed packages on another clean box. AlexD had what I was looking for covered.
