As a lover of all things *NIX, procmail is a ghetto.

comment procmail save into a dir and execute a script?
Jesus, Procmail is frustrating. I have been programming for over 10 years and after staring at that gobbledygook for 15 minutes I still have no idea what it does.

comment Awesome Window Manager and keyboard settings
Are you talking about the keyboard repeat delay? That is controlled by xset. Possible duplicate: askubuntu.com/questions/140255/…

comment How to have tail -f show colored output
If I leave ccze running for several days it will eventually hang and all output will be buffered and not printed to the screen. Really frustrating and makes it unusable.

comment change tty login timeout - ArchLinux
Regarding your point 2. -- the practical import of doing this is so my 4-year old can manage to type in her 9-letter password before being thwarted. Re your answer in its entirety, please find it in your heart to give me a solution to my question.

Then you're doing it wrong. client.swap.byidx and client.cycle are subtly yet decidedly distinct. Also what do you mean by "master"?

Fair enough. I'm looking for a general solution. Maybe OP should add the "youtube" tag.

Great, didn't know VLC could do that trick. However, I don't see how a YouTube-only fix is a "workaround". There are plenty of other sites on the net that use flash videos and do not succumb to this method. An example near and dear to my heart: ncaa.com/march-madness-live

But this only applies to direct links to videos, right? I thought this question was about videos embedded in browsers a la YouTube?
