I believe your meant it will search /etc/apache2/sites-enabled for my_site1.conf etc..

I have not written the script myself, so I am not sure what the original developer's intention was. i am not sure what =~ means. I can't find anything with Google. You might be right.

Can I write it like this? [[ ":$PATH:" != "${OPENSHIFT_HOMEDIR}/app-root/runtime/bin/" ]] && PATH="${OPENSHIFT_HOMEDIR}/app-root/runtime/bin/:${PATH}" ? Sorry, I am no expert with unix scripting...
