Basicly you reboot to your installation medium, configure the network, mount your partitions, then you do arch-chroot /mnt /bin/bash (See arch-chroot) and then you can do whatever you need to get wifi working.


In my interpretation it means you should use umount to unmount the partition and mount to mount it again since some LiveCDs mount partitions in readonly mode by default.
