Ubuntu 12.04, black background for some areas of GTK programs under KDE

I use ubuntu 12.04, x86_64, kernel 3.2.0-35-generic. I use KDE desktop. However, under KDE the GTK programs have black background in some areas. e.g. How to solve the problem?
