rpm -U thepackage.rpm –  Josh McGee Jul 26 '13 at 21:10

You can install Valknut, which is another wonderful Direct Connect Client. The benefit of using Valknut is, it is available in the official yum repository so is easy to install. To install Valknut:

 su -c "yum -y install valknut.x86_64"

I personally prefer Valknut over Eisaklt, as it is more stable and available in the official Fedora repository, so more reliable. You can install Eisalkt from the Russian repository or https://code.google.com/p/eiskaltdc/

You can use koji to build these rpm files
