I'm finding the way to automatically save TMUX-session in file when I reboot my computer, and also I want TMUX to restore session from file if it's exist on start.

Now I'm using the same method with sessions: alias tmux='tmux attach || tmux new. But I want to do the same with file.

ALso I found the answer on similar answer. But I am some kind of TMUX-noob and don't understand it at all.
