You want to run commands on a remote Windows machine, from Linux? Or you want to run Windows binaries on your Linux machine. WINE is for the latter, it sounds like you want the former –  Michael Mrozek Jul 2 '13 at 18:48

I want to use the WINE tool in order to run WIN commands from the linux machine - example winexe -U W2008/administrator //10.30.6.12 "ipconfig" –  yael Jul 2 '13 at 18:57

I don't know why you think WINE is involved. Winexe is a Linux tool, you can just run it; WINE is for running Windows programs. You probably want to install it from your package manager if you can, you don't want to build it from source since it looks like you don't have the typical development tools installed (e.g. autoconf). If you mention which distro you're using somebody can tell you how to install packages –  Michael Mrozek Jul 2 '13 at 19:14

I find also other tool as WINEXE - winexe remotely executes commands on WindowsNT/2000/XP/2003 systems from GNU/Linux (probably also other Unices capable to compile Samba4). but not sure if it fit for linux red-hat 3 –  yael Jul 2 '13 at 19:24
