There is a Ubuntu PPA https://launchpad.net/~no1wantdthisname/+archive/ppa?field.series_filter= with patches for Infinality оn Freetype and Cairo for 11.04 11.10 12.04 12.10 13.04

But the updates are done only for 12.10 and 13.04. For 12.10 and 13.04 the patches are only for Freetype.

I want to update the packages. How to apply these patches? I want to apply a patch to Cairo against 12.10 and 13.04.

There is a How to Enable Infinality Font Rendering but I can not get it to apply without error.

How to acheive this?
