Ever since I have been running Linux I have not been able to use Skype video messages. Even the program I have downloaded for Skype is telephony, and I don't want Skype telephony.

What am I doing wrong? My webcam is a Logitech.

What exact model of Logitech is it? – schaiba Mar 3 '13 at 12:55
Have you got video4linux(v4l)/video4linux2(v4l2) and your webcam drivers compiled into kernel? – roomcays Mar 3 '13 at 22:46
