I am using Arch Linux, and I was using Awesome WM for quite some time before switching to E17 recently.
For the past year, I think, I was using PCManFM as my file manager, and being dissatisfied with the integrated E17 file manager I'm sticking to that choice.
However since this switch when I double click on a .pdf file in PCManFM it only switches to the Acrobat Reader window (or starts it up if there is no such window) without opening the file. I have no idea why it does that or how to correct this behavior.
When I run from a console
acroread file.pdf it works fine, so I tried opening a .pdf with a custom command
acroread %f but that only switched to the Acrobat Reader window without opening anything.
Is there any chance to find who is the culprit, and then correct this behavior?
