I can't start embedded GNOME screencast recorder in F17. I tried to start it using Shift+Ctrl+Alt+R but nothing happened (I can't see any red icon and there isn't any file in my video folder). Could you help me how can I fix it?

Try using "Xvidcap desktop recorder" as an alternative , it is very light weight and easy to use .. – user31729 Feb 4 '13 at 6:06
I know about alternative programs (thanks anyway). But I need start embedded screencast. Has anybody idea what can be the problem? Note: it works in Fedora 17 on my virtual machine (the problem is not me, I hope). Thanks. – user31713 Feb 4 '13 at 16:41
